Brandi was terrific! My hair looks great, feels great, great convo. Price is really reasonable. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a head washing so much in my life. I think I'm smitten. Jk 😀

This past week I have had the pleasure of visiting this salon a couple of times and visited with two different stylists. Back-to-school cuts for my two teenaged daughters is what brought me there initially a couple months ago and they were given super cute styles by Brandi. She offers free bang-trims, so when I brought my oldest back in for a trim, I scheduled to get a wash/cut/style for myself, too. Unfortunately, when I came in for my own appointment the salon was extremely busy and Brandi’s other clients’ appointments had spilled over into my slot. She offered that another stylist in the salon (Jessica -super sweet and talented hairdresser) could do my cut— which was fine, but she only had 20 mins before her next client’s appointment so the cut was rushed. It was still a good cut (good price and I tipped her well), but not exactly what I wanted. I don’t make time for myself often because I have six kids - but it’s my birthday month and I really just wanted to do something for me. Brandi contacted me via text that night and apologized again, offering to make it right with a free appointment so she could give me the time for the wash and cut that I deserved. I went in yesterday for that and she did great! Spent nearly an hour on me and didn’t charge me (but I tipped her because I was so pleased!) I am wholly satisfied and will certainly go back!

I have been a client of Brandi’s for nearly 15 years. I have thick, medium length hair that needs color to hide the gray. I have always been overly satisfied with my hair, feel pretty when I leave, and at a reasonable cost. I have had highlights, blowouts, Brazilian treatments, conditioning, color, and eyebrow waxing at her salon and have loved everything she has done. The salon is a relaxed atmosphere, not uptight & pretentious like some I’ve been to. Ever since finding Brandi, there’s been no reason to go anywhere else!

I have been coming to Brandi since I moved to TN and she always goes out of her way to fit me in because I am always last minute with trying to make an appointment. Always has a smile on her face and genuinely cares about you and your family as she asks me about them every time I come in. Highly recommend Salon Envy!

I have tried many places to get my hair cut the way I like. I am very picky about my hair, and a bad cut just lowers your self confidence. But I went to Brandi, the owner, who is a master barber, and wow. I don’t even tell her how to cut it, I just walk in, sit down, and she handles the rest. Brandi and the salon envy team are the only ones I trust to cut my hair and do my brows. Will not go anywhere else
